This design was developed for my undergraduate Advanced Design Class, in collaboration with two other classmates. The concept was inspired by 1960's campy horror films. Spiderman was originally introduced as a comic book hero in 1962, which was part of the inspiration for our concept. The super villains that appear in the show reminded me of the creates that would often appear in the horror films of the 60's.
